We got there not sure of what we were going to buy as we were coming from far but Ebk and Tatenda assisted in getting a nice family car.

Bad customer service
On Christmas Eve we went to buy a car at Webuycars in Pietermaritzburg. The lady at the invoice window was very drunk . She smelled of strong booze. It didn’t not seem like babalas alcohol but fresh alcohol. Even though we were there to buy a car , she didn’t seem like she wanted to help us. I don’t think that stuff should be allowed to work and help customers when they are drunk like that.

Bad customer service
On Christmas Eve we went to buy a car at Webuycars in Pietermaritzburg. The lady at the invoice window was very drunk . She smelled of strong booze. It didn’t not seem like babalas alcohol but fresh alcohol. Even though we were there to buy a car , she didn’t seem like she wanted to help us. I don’t think that stuff should be allowed to work and help customers when they are drunk like that.

We buy cars bad service and hit and run to clients
Hi my name is Tshegofatso setati from polokwane I bought a car from we buy cars Johannesburg south branch on the 13th of September 2025 and just 2 weeks down the line the car gave me problems and the insurance took it to we buy cars due to it being recently bought and now we buy cars doesn't want to fix my car nor replace my car or nor give me refund it's been 3 weeks now and now the problem am facing with the car it was not mentioned in the dekra report...there was once a time where I called the manager there after he said this stupids from limpopo please assist me this case I need this car to get to work please help me with this issue it's affecting my job My number is 0724708197 Email address: tshegofatsotrnt@gmail.com

Worst ever service
The worst ever service I got from them... bought a car cash... vehicle failed... return it...sit the hole day there struggling to get home...now phoneing we buy cars the lady just rude and cut me of 3 times...4 time just cutting me off.....

Nightmare on the R300 in CT in peak hour traffic.
We bought a car on 31 January and we hung around most of the day. We paid cash and we drove it out, and we got peak hour traffic and the car cut out on the R300. The worse place to be stranded with a car that was not roadworthy enough to get us just home. I was at the fork to Somerset West or the N2 to Cape Town and had yo get back onto the R300 and look where my husband was. Then the problem to get a tow truck and the sales Agent couldn't even do that for us. We finally got the car back to Richmond branch and was told our money and the yow truck money will be paid back yo us in 72 hours. It's now 10 days and we still have NOT been refunded. Phoned customer car and all they say is I have sent the branch a message to contact you. Why does the branch not have a direct number ? You got paid and now you need to pay us back as quickly as we paid you. You should change the name yo we buy s**** and sell it to you.
