They do not want to help me with a caravan that is in an estate
Bad service I am trying since Aug last year to cancel this debit that is going off from my bank account. My decoder is long paid for, and there is no technical service whatsoever from this client. They keep on debiting my bank account and this month they took two installments

I called the bank this morning to request a new bank card for american express and my shopper card as they expired end Nov I just went to spar to buy groceries and my normal bank card was declined saying at the teller card suspended When I called the bank now to enquiry as to why I cannot use my normal bank account that has nothing to do with my other card- american express or shopper card, that has expired and that I ordered to collect after 5 days,, I was told my account normal account is CLOSED HOW, now I need to go to the bank to Fica, open a new bank account or what ever they cannot help me and I need to take off from work TWICE, one to sort this problem out and SECOND time to collect my new American express and shopper card... They made the mistake, cannot help me,,, am left without money and it is Saturday after 12????!!!!!!!!... What now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Vodacom charged me for an Entertainment Subscription from October to December 2024. We are still waiting for the R419 credit to be app**** or captured. This is still not done. This is terrible service. How long does it take to capture a credit or raise a journal? And Hopefully, this does not appear again on my statements!
Vodacom has charged me for an Entertainment Subscription for October, November and Dec 2024 I canceled and confirmed the cancellation of this on the 9th Oct, and paid that invoice But they billed it again and then suspended the line after the last conversation is that they are crediting this off the account and I should make payment only for the usage This is really bad service, as we use our phones to work

I am still waiting for a response, I log an email to them a few times already and only got a service number, they do not even reply I called a few times already. with no assistance I need my name cleared as this is taking forever to be done With no response from transunion
6604030338 Flexi Funeral plan Late on the evening of October 19, 2024, my father passed away, Mr PM Van Loggerenberg. Since Dad had a flexi plan, I called Absa Funeral on October 22nd to let them know about his passing. They informed me that Dad had no beneficiaries, but he spoke with them at the end of February. However, they never brought up the fact that his policy had no beneficiaries named. Why isn't this addressed when someone takes out their policy, or doing regular updates with a client, called customer service, or when he last spoke with them in Feb 2024? After that, they provided me with the claim forms, which I had to fill out, and could only submit on the 28th as I had to wait for the the death certificate and other documents they required. They haven't even acknowledged my email on the return of the claim form, up until today. Is this how you handle your clients who make on-time monthly payments? Do you treat people like this? I had to beg the funeral house to assist me. This is, to put it mildly, horrible. I want this sorted out NOW, I still need to pay the funeral home R17500
Very bad service I contacted the agent Piet on 0112436005 to cancel my tracker for my vehicle and he was totally totally unwilling to assist me. I need this account canceled as I have signed up with Matrix. Can someone sort this out
Credit Rescue in Cape Town has misled me. Took over my debt a month ago and promised me on many occasions that I will no longer have to pay interest going forward, but hence this was a false statement. They have just called me and told me this is unrefundable, the staff that did this is new staff!!! They did not assist me at ALL
