My Kuga has rust on the inside door, so I drove to NMI Ford Tygervalley from wellington so that I can put in a claim. They advised me that I have to make a booking and come back. So I now have to make transport arrangement just because of there laziness. This is just to take one picture of the rust. These people have no idea how to please clients, they sit in their office and are to lazy to even stand up. All they had to do is take a picture and submit the claim, and give feedback, and if second picture for some miracle was needed I would drive there again.
I ordered and paid for a cane on 2018/01/18. The web site shows stock. I constantly write to them and every time it’s a different excuse. 3 months later still nothing. Do not order anything from then.
