Bonita's worst Medical Aid
I write reviews about the bad experience I have with Bonita's Medical Aid a few time on Hello Peter but they are not fazed in anyway because they know they can get away with their no-existent service . They just take your money monthly and get away with *****ing your hard earned income. If you want to know what the bad experience is go and read every bad review from all members and that will be my experience also.

Worst to No service
After I experience extremely poor service from Bonitas I was contacted by Elroy Alexsander from Optivest who listened to everything and apologies and said he will assist me NEVER HEAR FROM HIM AGAIN AFTER THAT CALL. I then proceed to try and sort out the bad service that I received from Bonitas Medical Aid and still do with no outcome then Dillon Powell from Optivest contact me with a lot of apologies and promises that he will sort out the problem. I had to send him everything that was very time consuming AND NEVER HEAR FROM HIM AGAIN. Be careful when you deal with Optivest and their brokers you are just going to waste you time and money!

Worse medical Aid ever!
There is no words that can explain the horrifying experience I have with Bonitas BonCap Medical Aid since the day I joined. They will take you money every month and the brokers will lie to you about this medical aid to sell it to you. This medical aid cover NOTHING and I meant NOTHING. They will come up with any excuse not to pay after they ignore you and hope you give up. I NEVER had such a bad experience with a medical aid whatsoever. The will write back to you on Hello Peter and apologize for the world to see. Don't be fooled by that either. Does not help to go to the ombudsman because they are also on the medical aids payroll. You are basically check mate and will lose ALL your money that they stole every month from you and the end you can not win. YOU WILL LOSE. Read all the bad reviews on this medical aid . Everything is true what you read and hear about them. Please be warned EVERY broker that try to sell the medical aid and Plan to you is DISHONEST. Don't get ****med like I did.

Bad service on non existent medical aid Bonitas.
Worst medical aid you can ever join. I read all the bad reviews already made by members and all I can do is agree. If a broker ever suggested that you join Bonitas Medical Aid fire that broker immediately because it is a **** and they just going to take your money. You will not be cover in hospital or any other place. Worst medical aid ever!!! Everything on bad reviews you read on Facebook and any other place made by member is 100% true.

Bad attitude and dishonesty of owners
I had a very bad experience with the owners Shaun and Melanie Pretoruis of Postnet Hoedspruit. I did some printing work and paid 4 times the same price. On the 5ht time they charge me about 4 times the previous price. I at first thought it was a April's fools joke but the staff insure me it was correct. I contact Melanie and she said it is correct. I told her that I am not prepared to pay such a insane price. She then told me that I can go somewhere else and she will through the work done in the dustbin. My partner decided we need it and he was prepared to pay the insane price, but they show him away and told him they don't have the work done anymore. I realized that Melanie can do what she want because they got the monopoly here in Hoedspruit. Shaun and Melanie Pretoruis also open a Postnet brach in Nelspruit now. Be very careful to do business with them.
