I app**** for my Woolies store card and it was approved, but now to get the card is another problem. I don't think there customer service team exists. You can email them and all you get is the ticket number and they will never come back to you. This is really the worst experience I had to apply for something. You can't order online because you need to link your card. No one reply to my email on how or where to get my card. So now you have a Woolworths account that you can't buy online on and only buy in store with a virtual card at a town that the Woolworths store is more terribly than there service and support... Really great service Woolies, I just wonder how many customers you lost because of your terrible service at head office.
We bought a loadshedding kit at Solar Warehouse SA, they delivered it yesterday, put it on charge, connect it and then nothing happened as soon as the electricity went out so does the inverter as well. We phone them this morning, explained what happen and nothing, they told us to get an electrician., to do what, repair their sisteem? They are pathetic and their after sales as well. Will never encourage someone to buy from they. They told us they have policies in place to protect them from the law, so they can sell all there broken stuff and you must accept it because you already paid?
