Sygnia unprofessional and unreliable

This is the by far the worst company I've had to deal with. Have been waiting for my provident fund withdrawal claim for over a month now, I have sent emails with no response and when I call them to follow up, I am told that I should expect the funds in 1-3 working days, I've heard this 3 times, on 27 February, 03 March and again on 6 March, I was promised feedback today, no phone call or email from them. This is after I was asked to confirm my banking details on 24 February. I would never recommend this company to anyone wishing to invest also companies must've their research on these companies before investing employees hard earned money with such unprofessional businesses.
