Worst service and manners, zero etiquette, most unprofessional company I've dealt with. They will harrass you when you are paying the account the don't listen, comprehend and action queries accordingly, it's like listening and thinking are not allowed, there's just a script to follow. You explain the whole story and hope the matter will be resolved only to be harrassed again the next day. I've been paying the agreed amount only to find the balance is the same for 6 months. I asked for a statement 30 October from both MBD and Homechoice. MBD did not send so I paid R7571.00 based on the statement from Homechoice and the balance was supposed to be R5766.21. I cancelled the debit order wanting to settle the account but then I get a call from MBD saying I actually owe R8500 the another saying R7000 and something. That I've been charged R2000 interest, when I try to understand why the call is cut. They harrass me at work now and refuse to call me on my cellphone. I wonder what happens to the people that don't pay because this is a bit much. Please respond to my emails. I need to know what is happening so I can pay and Never have anything to do with MBD and the company you represent Ever again. You have this consultant and she will speak to a person like you're stupid and such disdain while she is the one who is neither listening nor comprehending what you're saying.

I have been trying to sort out a query since December. ACCOUNT NUMBER 361790740 I was called and offered a larger data bundle contract and told that once I receive my new sim card the other would be cancelled. That did not happen and now I have an extra contract to pay for. They have blocked all my sim cards meaning I am neither able to call them to sort our the issue NOR USE MY DATA AND I AM ACUMMULATING CHARGES for data I do not receive. Cell C, seems to think ALLOCATING DATA WHICH I DO NOT GET TO USE BUT STILL NEED TO PAY FOR is them keeping up their end of the agreement. Not to mention that my account got into arrears after I called them SO MANY times to sort out the issue and nobody being able to assist me. That contract is ending this month and ALL 4 OF MY CELL C SIM CARDS ARE BLOCKED. There seemed to have been light at the end of the tunnel when someone who seemed to give a damn sorted the issue, my accounts were unblocked for a few days but then someone else called me and I explained the issue for the UMPTEENTH TIME and they told me that they don't speak to the other departments. What must I do then as the customer?!? How do I know whom to speak to and WHY ARE THERE NO NOTES OF WHAT I PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED AS I NEED TO EXPLAIN THE SAME THING TO EVERYONE WHO CALLS ME WITH NO WAY FORWARD AND NO HELP
