Pathetic Service and Constant Runaround
I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. I have been a client with them for more than a year trying to get my name cleared. I see that I have the same issues as everyone else. Quick to take your money but with no resolution. I’ve had to constantly follow up with no feedback provided. Every time I reach out, I’m given the runaround or completely ignored. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for something as serious and time-sensitive as a legal matter. There is no sense of urgency, no accountability, and certainly no respect for clients. I expected better communication and professionalism. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do Not Trust This Company With Your Financial Well Being!!!!
I am appalled by your customer service. I ended my contract with you and took over the payments and I am paying my creditors on my own every month. You refuse to take my name off debt review and my consumer rights have been violated. I can afford to pay everything on my own because your payment plan did not work for me when I initially joined. I am now told that i have to pay ALL MY DEBTS before my name is cleared!!! Please tell me how many South Africans in this economy have no debt? Little to none. How is that possible when i own a vehicle??? So now i can't even apply for a home loan because you guys have taken that right away. I asked for so many calls to be made to me and when your consultants call me its to offer me debt review which I dont want. When i spoke to the last person I explained that because i am in a way better financial situation i am able to do what needs to be done in order to get all my debts paid every month. I explained everything to her and then i get told ALL my debts including my car needs to be paid up before you can clear my name. How is this fair? You lock customers into a contract and then take away their rights. The ombudsman will now hear from me. Pathetic service.
