******* BEHAVIOUR
The ATLAS. 3 Inyanga Close The most ******* treatment you will experience. I was a week late on rent, I didn't get a sort email reminder, nor a letter of demand. They cut my electricity an water and when I opened a fault ticket they closed it and told me they won't fix it till I pay, having forgotten that we had just spoke about me paying in a few hours. I spoke to a few people who confirmed that they cut your utilities than claim they can't pay for a technician until you pay. This place was a red flag from the start, rats climbing into peoples cars and eating their electrical cables, security clamping people who havent parked properly and refusing to clamp tenants who are their friends, Admin team leader (Chad Webb) who has been accused of ****** behaviour by multiple former tenants, they refuse to escalate complaints, especially those raised about their own behaviour.
