MVIA SURE
I have had the policy for 7 months and the waiting period is 6 months . When I wanted to claim they declined my claim and said my tread on my tyres are still ok. So the limit is 1.6 mm and that means that there is hardly any tread on your tyres left. Which wil make any vehicle slip on wet and dry roads. If you want to cancel the policy they keep the money you invested . I would not recommend anyone to take out any policies or cover of any type from this company . They fooled me , don’t let it happen to you .

Smart power SA
Smart power SA does not give you exact breakdown of how much electricity you use or buy. I have asked numerous times to email me a breakdown of exactly how many kilowatts I use . Their client service staff and personnel are very rude and unprofessional. The reply with sarcastic messages and have no urgency to solve any problem. I would never ever recommend any of their services to anyone. Absolutely pathetic service.

FinYou finance
I had the worst experience with FinYou finance company. My loan amount was around R18k to get a engagement ring made. I sent in all my documents and a letter from my company stating that I do work for them. After trying to contact them numerous times after all my documents was handed in I finally got a reply. The said my bank statements are too far back and I need to send them updated ones. I did do that whole process once more and 3 weeks later , which is today. They told me my application was unsuccessful. Funny thing is , the bank keeps on offering me 150k plus whereas FinYou can't even help me with R18k ??? I wanted to use FinYou as the company I wanted to buy the ring uses FinYou as their finance
