I really feel that Sanlam is just a disgrace in all levels that count, POST OFFICE deducted my pensions in 2020 which i am now receiving 12c to a R1, Sanlam received these payments from Post office many months back, I am still yet to receive my money even though i gave them my claim form on the 4th of August 2024 and now its two months later still nothing, no update on the status of my claim status. I have called the call center more than 10 times and have received different explanation, at the beginning it was being processed, at some point it was referred to the fund administrator, at some point it was at a person who was confirming my documents now i am being told it has not being processed. The last agent i requested, i asked to speak to the team leader my call was suddenly dropped and no call back. I have sent my Query to this email address SCClientCare <Scclientcare@sanlam.co.za> 3 times in the past 3 days, still no response. I have other products with Sanlam, such as policies and have never claimed not even once, my question now on funeral policies would they pay? I have no confidence and rather go back to Old mutual where i have people don't complain. Last one now there is Two Pot, I am sure people that want to make a claim will receive feedback in 2025. I have never experienced such poor service, I am definitely moving my other policies to Old Mutual. You even wonder if they have these monies, but become surprised when they are still able to buy stakes in tymebank with poor peoples monies, Invest in other peoples companies.
Manager there, Samantha she is rude has attitude against black people, dropped an a fone one because i was not able to check in the day i was, mind you had payed for that. Arrived and ahe still had the same attitude, yhooo worst experience ever, black people stay away
