I'm am highly frustrated with EASYEQUITIES! Over 7 days ago I deposited funds to buy crypto, my funds have been locked longer than they should! Because of them locking my funds I'm losing money! I'm disgusted in the service! They have no contact number and don't bother replying to emails either! I'm surprised they even have investors.
It's been ages since I experienced such outstanding service at Checkers Eastgate! To the owners and management, I would appreciate it if you would acknowledge, Fikile Phoyi (Teller) and Sibongile Nkuna (Packer). I had a trolley full of groceries when I got to the till, I was welcomed with beautiful smiles and friendliness. Everything I asked of them was done efficiently and carefully. They really went the extra Mile for me today, I asked them to change my trolley as the trolleys are not fantastic as far as maintaining them goes. Nothing was to much for these ladies. I would suggest you look after employees like this because they are very rare! Hats off to you ladies for an outstanding job well done. Thank for handling my groceries as if they were your own.
We were at Mundo Vida a few days ago, we saw the menu was totally changed! The previous owners menu was top quality! And the place was always busy!!! We ordered a mild peri peri chicken and a hamburger. Cut a long story short, the food was an absolute disappointment! The peri peri sauce was majority oil it tasted disgusting! Our chips were not as of the previous owners quality they were drenched in oil no spice!!!! The chicken was sent back we complained about it, the new owner came over to ask how he can fix this? I'll give him credit for that. The hamburger had no flavour, chips drenched in oil! Overall the food was an utter disgrace! The previous owners menu was top class until she retired.. If I was the owner of this establishment, I would've given the whole meal on the house!!!! Quite honestly I don't think the owner really cared!!!!! We definitely will not be going back there! I'm so disappointed in the quality of their food and change in menu! Our waitress felt so bad for us because of our disappointing experience. Mundo Vida used to be the best restaurant to go to, unfortunately you have lost a customer because you (THE OWNER) simply couldn't care! It's actually so sad how a place like this has changed and not for the better!
We have been *******ly disconnected! For another account holder not in our name! We are on prepaid electricity. I have been to their office in Doornfontein all they did was send an email, I was told the same thing via the phone umpteen times! The keep sending me an sms with a ticket number saying on site job complete, nobody has come to replace the phase or reconnect us! Our food is going rotten because of these people. They never notified us of the disconnection left a letter of disconnection in the gate, they conveniently assume our address is in arrears, when we ar on prepaid! The long weekend is upon us and we have no power and they simply don't care!!!!! City Power Ticket CP3147093 has been escalated. NOTHING HAS BEEN ESCALATED! WE NEED A TECHNICIAN TO COME REPLACE/RE FIT THE PHASE AND CONNECT US! PLUS THE OWNER IS ON OXYGEN FOR HIS HEART, WHICH I TOLD THEM THEY JUST DON'T CARE! IF WE ARE NOT CONNECTED SOON AND I MEAN SOON! IM GOING FLIP MY NUT! MY FRIEND THE OWNER IS STRUGGLING WITH OXYGEN BECAUSE OF YOUR STUFF UP! COME AND RECONNECT US TODAY!
I'm disappointed I've emailed no reply! They have not bothered to send confirmation emails on my orders. I've sent queries on my orders they don't bother! Maybe they're ****ming people I don't know? Their trust index is low 3/10 doesn't surprise me! I'm going to take this public! So other people don't have to endure the same nonsense!
