DO NOT SHOP HERE, I promise this place in not upmarket.

I really urge people NOT to buy from Lady Jane, The owner Charmaine thinks it is acceptable to sell toys where link pieces of rubber (being PVC extremely bad for you) break off inside of you. When you take the product back (24 hours later) and the staff can see, acknowledge and agree on the problem, then 2 weeks later you get a message back from the owner saying there is nothing wrong with the product and we must collect it else it will be thrown away. This service is disgusting....
