I had such a wonderful experience at Lady Jane. The space was clean and beautifully maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The sales assistant was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of my questions with confidence and care. She had such a calm and reassuring presence that helped me feel completely relaxed throughout my visit. I truly appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail, I’ll definitely be returning!

I called in advance to find a toy I’ve been struggling to find, the lady on the phone was super friendly and even gave me a few options. When I went in to Umhlanga store to make my purchase, the ladies had such amazing aura’s and really assisted me in finding something more suitable for me. I’ve had the best store-tour experience, such an amazing range and so much for EVERYONE. Really the ideal place to unlock your inner desires and experiment. Thank you for the dopamine releases thus far 😌💓

Thank you ladies for helping my experience so comfortable and fun. Such a wide variety of toys and the sachets are super exciting and really cool fun way to purchase to try out the products. Looking forward to my next educational visit. My first experience was great!!!

I placed an order #7884 and requested a cancellation before the item was shipped, which is my legal right under Section 17 of the CPA. I have sent multiple messages via their official WhatsApp channel. They read my initial requests and are now ignoring me completely. They have failed to provide a refund or even a response. Be warned: If you order from here, they will ignore your consumer rights and ghost you if you need support. I have reported this to the CGSO.

I am so p***ed off you can not believe this. I bought a Lovense Lush 4 at R 4,845 telling my BF about this she starts Laughing at me and tells me she only paid R 2,890 at here favorite store. I checked this on there web side and hell yes only R 2,890. we went to this store and wow i loved it everything so much cheaper and they had all brand names. So i like to warn you DO NOT shop at Lady Jane they are a rip-off, They will never see me again. They stole R 2,000 out of my pocket.

We bought a pump and it was said by the lady that work in Alberton, that we get n 3 month garentee. But they such bunch of lairs. The pump was clean when we took it back by the next weekend. Now they come with stories, we didnt clean it, but we did, now they dont want to give back the money. It was R2800, So if you want to buy anything rather go to loveland. These people are lairs and will take your money and when you return it becouse it doesnt work, they will do and say anything to not return the money back. Rather be safe and dont waist your money by Lady Jane.

I purchased a product set from Lady Jane online. The website said nothing about the items being made from PVC, a material known for strong chemical smells and safety concerns. When I complained about the overwhelming odor, the assistant sent me a screenshot that showed “PVC” — but I had already taken a screenshot before that, which proves the website was updated after I complained. I was told I should have known not to open the individually sealed toys inside the box, even though the smell was only noticeable after opening. One of the items also arrived broken, and I was told I must bring it to the store in person — even though the item was delivered to me and I don’t drive. They phoned me after I sent messages for assistance and shouted at me, a woman claiming to be management told me to “stick it up your ass”. I was then accused of “offending staff” and blamed for opening the packaging. This was a personal gift I bought during a financially hard time. I can’t afford to throw it away, and I feel completely humiliated and deceived. I’ve since reported this to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) for further investigation. I’ve also seen many other HelloPeter reviews with similar complaints — so my experience is clearly not an isolated incident. I strongly warn others to shop elsewhere, especially if you expect honesty, product transparency, and basic decency. I’ve never met such inappropriate and unprofessional treatment, I was left crying and humiliated
