I purchased an item from them and when I opened it the user manual said that if you had certain medical conditions you had to consult with your GP first. When I questioned the store they were very unsympathetic after been aware of my medical condition and when I questioned them about the user manual they weren't even aware of it. So there product knowledge is very poor and now after I alerted them about the manual they are hiding behind it and don't want to allow me to return the unused item. Absolutely shocking.
This review is with reference to Courier Guy not answering their phones in the case where they have delivered the incorrect parcel to a customer. You cannot get through on their phones and it is very frustrating.
I had a wonderful experience with Njabulo Maphumulo in that his customer service was excellent. He would keep me informed on a continuous basis and was extremely helpful. I believe that he is a real asset to K'Archer and trust that he will keep up this great work of his.
These guys are absolutely brilliant. Great service, staff and just supper fast. Economy delivery happens overnight from Johannesburg. Logged collection at 14.00 and received in Ballito next morning. Looking forward to our online service with them.

Without my knowledge my fibre service provider was changed. Supersonic took over our fibre and have had the worst communication from a service provider ever. I sent emails with follow up emails and zero response. I have subsequently cancelled their service. I will defiantly not recommend them to anyone. Supersonic who?
I was curious to see what Body 20 was all about and how you could loose so many centimeters so quickly. I was given a free trial run and Chad was super in the way that he took me through all the steps and really got me involved in every detail. It was a brilliant experience and would recommend it to anyone who has the disciplne to eat well and look good.
Our business was receiving very poor service from another local fibre suppliers which was effecting our online business. I got hold of Ballito ISP and wow it was if the heavens had opened. Well done to Dewal and his team for handling our request so effiecently and although there were some teething problems they were quick to respond.
Our business phone was suspended. Upon our investigation we found that we had not paid our account as we had not received it by month end. However the account arrived via email on the 6/03/20 and said that it was due by the 5/03/20. When phoning Telkom and asking them how do we pay when we receive the account on the 6th and due by the 5th there answer was "its our responsibility to get the account and pay it" Sent mail to Telkom and have not received a reply. There service SUCKS
