I purchased a keyboard online in January, but unfortunately, it was not the correct specification that I was looking for. I returned the keyboard, hoping to receive a refund, but to my disappointment, my money was not refunded. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the seller. I contacted the Firstech multiple times, but they were unresponsive, and they refused to refund my money. I tried to explain the situation and provide all the necessary information, including the order number and date of purchase, but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. It's disappointing that the Firstech did not take responsibility and provide me with a refund. Worst service ever
