Bad experience with garlito's online ordering service
I called the landline which I'm told it's the head office and placed an order as I want at work and didn't want to wait for my order wanted to go and collect to save my lunch time, but when I got to the store I was told that they never received my order worse part was when they said what I order is not even available anymore, now I was forced to settle for something that I didn't want, spoke to a lady named Amanda from the head office I used ***, it was they worst experience ever!!!!!! And appreciate to get an apology from Amanda and the correct thing that I ordered cos I was supposed to have been told on the phone that it's no longer available.1 reply
