Pathetic Service
Extreme dissatisfaction will not be enough to explain how I feel about the poorest level of service I received from Scorpion Legal Protection. Over a short period, this company has dismally failed to adequately represent my interests on 5 separate (critical) occasions, despite my regular, timely, full payment for services. The specific issues I've experienced include: - Repeated failure to follow up on my cases, requiring me to constantly chase progress - Lack of proactive communication and updates on the status of my cases - The onus being placed on me to drive the process, rather than the company taking responsibility - Failure to effectively engage with debtors / service provider or opposing parties, often resulting in no resolution - Failure to provide value for my money and meeting expected standards of service. I wouldn't recommend this company to any client seeking, proper, proficient and professional legal service. Anyone desperately seeking legal assistance must run far away from this company. I’ve tried them for more than 5 years but as I lately needed their assistance they failed to provide me with one. Check other reviews and see....

Premium payer and not client (That's how Scorpion Legal Protection is treating me)
Scorpion Legal Protection treats me as a premium payer and not a client. After several requests for legal assistance I'm still sitting with two outstanding legal matters and now have to lodge a third one. The two matters reported in November are still shelves in Scorpion offices. I losing hope.

Scorpion Legal Protection not stinging as they should.
Scorpion Legal Protection not stinging anymore. I requested legal assistance the past month but up to now haven't received any assistance. They are supposed to be responsive as legal matters require such but they wait until clients burn.

Scorpion Legal Protection - Poorest when it comes to service standards
I lodged a Legal Service Request on the 6th of September but not even a single step has been taken by scorpion legal to date. I have supp**** all the information they required but no action on their side. I have made calls to their offices but still no action. I think it is high time that everybody knows what kind of company they really are.

Capitec's competency under check
I made an online transaction and made a payment last month using my Capitec card. Today the same company took my card without my consent. I called capitec agent (Mathapelo) for a rerversal but what I got from her was an insult that I'm the one who gave them my details so there's nothing capitec could do. I find this not just careless but so insensitive for a bank we trust with our hard earned money. People be aware.

NETSTAR IS *****, PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM!!!
Netstar cons clients by *****ulent contracts signed with car dealers when a person buys a car and then holds a car dealer's client accountable for that unclear contract and threatens to list the client on ITC. If you wish to cancel they charge you for a breach of contract. This is the way these vultures are preying on us, sucking our blood for services they didn't offer.
