If I could give NO stars it would be too many!! Brand new Magnite having wheel bearing failure for the second time at 54000km. No assistance from Nissan Welkom! Pathetic and terrible service to say the least!!The dealer principle telling me to log the problem at the dealership where I bought the car from in Cape Town. Rude and sarcastic!! No parts available in SA. No assistance from Nissan Welkom to arrange a rental vehicle. Customer care from Nissan SA non existant!! I would highly recommend not to use them in future!

I bought a new Nissan Magnite form Nissan Parow. Been having issues with the brakes making a noise. Brake pads replace twice. 4 Times pads cleaned and no improvement! After 6 returns to the dealership Nissan SA informs me that it's a characteristic of the vehicle and offers me a R1000 fuel voucher for my incovenience!. Shocking to say the least! Complaint has been logged with MFC.
