I have been playing lotto or powerball using momo app. They do deduct the money my momo account of the random numbers I played but they don't sent me the numbers as a proof that I played I tried contacting them via email but they never attended to the matter it's pure ******* because we don't even know weather we have winnings or not and how many more people who are experiencing the same thing and they just take it for granted when I query I have emails as a proof of my complaints but they don't come back to resolve the matter
It was resolved over the phone 1 of the agent or broker did apologize about the inconvenience of debiting before the actual agreed debit date
