Disappointing
It took 11 weeks to install fully functioning pedestrian gate (had quoted 3 - 4 week delivery). Owner reneged on his quote and tried to install cheap, soft Pine panels when the quote (and discussions) had always stipulated Meranti to match existing! This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience, with owner ignoring calls and messages, shockingly bad communication and reneging on his quote clearly speaks to a lack of integrity. Whilst there are companies I do highly recommend, I would definitely not recommend this steelwork / woodwork company

Delivered Wrong Products
I ordered Epi-still as a combo special. I didn’t pay immediately and was hounded with many emails saying if I didn’t pay I would lose my discount “Click on the link below to complete your order” So I did THIS LINK WAS FOR THE INCORRECT PRODUCTS They sent me the wrong products and now say it’s my fault. That I must’ve clicked on the wrong link! I do not have the Epi-still which is what I originally ordered. I need it urgently to send overseas for a loved one who is ill. I would not order from this company under any circumstances as they send you the wrong products and then make it your problem Very disappointing to say the least And a complete waste of money I informed the "customer service" department that it was not acceptable to now say that I ordered the wrong product. I never looked at the product they sent me. I do not expect them to take responsibility for their incompetence and quite frankly bad business practice, as its evident this is an ************* company and they are not interested in sorting out their mistake Shame on you! I have since ordered my products from a reputable company. There are many other suppliers who I would recommend instead of these fly-by-night chancers. Just do some googling I fully expect a less than honest reply; probably somewhat belligerent. Lets see...
