2. During early September 2021 I was in need of an TFSI 2011,Audi Q5 engine for my car and Engine Find(enginefindersa@gmail.com) send a mail out to all the suppliers. On the 6th of September 2021 I received a mail the from Melanie(mel@smautoparts.co.za), a sales rep at SM Auto. She informed me that they have an engine in stock, and she forward me a pricelist of Audi Engines for my attention, and I attach it as per Annexure JS.1. She also what app me photos of this engine and to my mechanic, this engine was at the warehouse ready to be shipped and the pictures I attach as per Annexure JS.2. The engine was priced at R46 098.95 including Courier Fees and I attach the invoice as per Annexure JS.3. 3. On the 10th of September I made a payment of R46 098.95 from my account to FNB account: 62899259545 of SM Auto Parts which they provided, and I attach proof of payment as per Annexure JS.4. She then informed me that the engine will be in Cape Town 3 to 5 days from their supplier. On the 13th of September 2021 I asked her for the tracking number, and she was going to get it from her director. On the 14th of September 2021 she said that the supplier had to prep the engine and clean it up. She will get the tracking number as soon as it is available. On the 17th of September 2021 I asked again, and she said she will find out as she do not know what the delay is . In a call to her she said they used currier boys but had issues with them and the director is using another Courier firm. On the 20th of September 2021 I asked again, and she gave me her directors number a Shelton as she was driving and did not know if they have sent it. 4. On 20th September 2021 I what’s app Shelton whereby he responded that shipping takes longer. That they had a few incidents, and a supplier will deliver the engine to me. He confirmed that the engine will be in Cape Town latest Friday the 24th of September 2021. I send him the photo of the engine as received from Melanie, he said that this is one of the engines, but my engine is being striped by the supplier. I attach the watts app’s for reference as per Annexure JS 5. I contacted Melanie who informed me that the one engine fell off a truck but my one was ordered when I paid. She is going to get back to me and I attach the watts app conversation as reference as per Annexure JS6. In addition, I received an SMS from SM Auto that the order was processed, and I will delivery details within 24 hours. On the 22nd of September 2021 I asked what was happening regarding my engine and Melanie confirmed they are delivering Friday the 24th of September 2021 . I told Melanie the 24th of September was a public holiday and the mechanic will not be at the shop. Melanie informed me that she was going to arrange for Monday the 27th of September 2021. On the 27th of September 2021 I called Melanie to hear what the progress is. She confirmed that everything is on track for delivery that day. I tried calling Sheldon without any success. During the day I called to find out progress. She said Sheldon will call, then she said but they spoke to me which were a lie. 5. I called Sheldon and a person named Mark answered saying he is an employer and do not know what is going on. I then called Melanie to say I will not be another statistic on “Hello Peter.” I informed Melanie directly that I want wanted my tracking number and engine or my money back. I received e-mail communication from Sheldon saying he is in a meeting and after 10 minutes he will send me their T&C which I attach as per Annexure JS 7. He also replied that they have send the courier a mail to find out where the engine was that had to be delivered. I commented that it is one of your suppliers whereby all communication ended for this day. I attached the watts app communication as reference as per Annexure JS 8. On the 28th of September 2021 I called, and nobody answered. I received a message to say they are doing their best and if they have updates, they will update me. Michael, who was Mark before, called and the conversation were recorded where he confirmed that he instructed DSV to deliver the engine and will send me the quotation. He said the delivery was more than I paid but he will cover the cost and that the engine will be here the next day which is 29th of September 2021. I attach the DSV quotation that was sent to myself as per Annexure JS 9. On the 29th of September 2021 Melanie informed me that she will get an update after I called her again. I called Michael who said he is on his way to the office and will call me with an update, but nobody came back to me. 6. On the 30th of September 2021 Melanie called me and informed me that Michael or Sheldon will call me. After 4 hours I called pula from DSV the courier company who confirmed that the DSV quotation is an online quotation example . DSV also confirmed that no payments were received, and no engine was dropped at their offices nor collection address given. I communicated this to Melanie who changed her story In saying she works from home, and she has no insight to their business, but they will refund me. She sends me a refund form however I told her this whole thing is cyber fraud and I also send her the consumers rules. I completed the refund form and attach it as per Annexure JS10.She in return sends me all the company registration documentation of the company documents as she did not want to get into trouble with Michael and Sheldon’s business. She also confirmed Sheldon was Michael husband. I attach the Bussiness Registration documents as per Annexure JS 11. I called Michael and confronted him with the facts and he in reply wrote that they have decided to give me a refund. On the 1st of October 2021 Sheldon informed me that the engine was apparently delivered to an incorrect address, and they will rather refund me. Michael sends me a refund form and I did not agree with the T&C as this was a fraudulent transaction. They cannot proof that the engine shown to me was purchased nor another engine. They could not give tracking numbers courier on the invoice is DSV. Then they said courier boys then a supplier. DSV said they did not have any request to get an engine from Durban nor Johannesburg except the online quotation and that SM Auto is not an account holder. 7. I need the money to order an engine and they are keeping it for me till Friday. This SM auto on Hallo Peter do not like to refund and people have been waiting over 40 days. They want the refund form, but I do not agree to their terms as no engine was purchased and they have been defrauding me the entire time. Attorney Martin Buy of Stbb wrote them to refund this money before Thursday the 7th of October 2021 by 12pm and I attach the e-mail as per Annexure JS 12. Michael said via what’s app that he will pay the Wednesday latest the Thursday at 12 as per request from the attorney. Thursday at 12 I asked him for the proof of payment , whereby he responded that he said 5tpm. At 5pm I asked for my proof of payment and no response was forthcoming. The Friday I received a mail from them explaining me that it will be done by the 26th of October 2021 which I do not accepted. I subsequently established that the bank account details on SM Auto Parts belongs to Michael Maritz. I looked at “Hallo Peter” and found Steven from JDM Auto- 082 776 2065 with the same experience and money paid and no parts delivered. Samantha of Port Elizabeth had the same experience as me , money paid and incorrect parts and no refund ,Wilhelm, 0827633665, of Vereeniging send him an incomplete engine with no paperwork and was not refunded. I attach the Hello Peter post as per Annexure JS 13. Duncan Adams 0796047186 with the same experience and money paid and no parts delivered. Annexure JS14. The people are willing to cooperate and will act on SAPS instructions. 8. I gave no one permission to defraud me in any way or form. AM Auto made a misrepresentation where they distorted the fact that they have an engine and by their misrepresentation making me to deposit money into their bank account. MS Auto represented by Michael, Melanie and knew very well that they do not have the engine and their intention was never to supply me with the money. As a result of their action, I was prejudiced to the amount of R46 098.95. They further try to convince me by sending a falsified DSV Courier document which were confirmed that it is an online example which MS Auto manipulated to deceive me. I will heavily rely on the SAPS and Criminal Justice System for justice. . up to now these 2 big boys have made promises and found out this is how they operate i have reported it to deno@dncinvestigations.co.za and suggest everybody ells do
Had Paul of west Coast Eco technologies sink a additional well point on my premises. He is a smooth talker and with his blue bottle indicate where water sources are. But be careful. I had to have 3000l water delivered, he sunk a hole that, yes just pumped out some of the water he used then dried up. He insist on the money but then doesn’t come to fix the well although he confessed to be on call 24/7. I can’t recommend him or his firm to anybody. Then when you pay loan locator, in a banking details they supply, lifestyle legal jumps on the gravy train, and send a different account with a different amount and reference number(but it is for the same person and so called contract) this is done after the fact that the account is settled. In my opinion this is a money making scam. I have emailed you both, and received conformation, but any correspondence is still forthcoming. i contacted all the relavant Societies (law, financial credit, consumers) and they are not registered with any of them. So how can they give legal advice as per the contact they sign? I tried to get the directors number and name or the attorney’s number and name but all is a state secret. This morning I called the Municipality of Cape Town to report a blocked sewerage drain and raw sewerage running into a complex in Blaauwberg road. After nearly 2 hours, I was told that they will lock a complain BUT it will take 48HOURS for them to come and open this blockage. Now clearly this is a health risk and one of the DA’s complain sticks they hit other parties with and yet here we are. Reference ********** 501 I called the mayor’s office, and spoke to Mr. Roberts. He advised me to call Nobby on ********** . Then this will be attended to immediately. Well Mr. Roberts if you get Nobby on that phone you are good. After 3 hours of that phone not being answered, I gave up. I will now write the Mayer an email and see if there is any response, I doubt it. We need to sit and consider all our options, clearly a DA government won’t change anything
