why do you keep cutting me off whilst I am sending my review
I ordered online they said my food was on the way 1 min later I get a message that the driver had a problem my order has been cancelled and refund will be within 7 days. This is absolute nonsense nobody gives you the food without paying but yet I must wait 7 days for a refund. They didnt even bother to use another driver to deliver the food. I cannot leave the office and needed that lunch. I am just disgusted
I thought my life would all get sorted out when I came across this company, and they offered to help remove my name from Debt Review since I have been paying all of my accounts by myself. I approached them in July 2025 and by end of August 2025 I had asked them to cancel my application and the Debit order instructions 3 times via Whatsapp with the agent who was communicating with me. The reason is that they could not proceed without obtaining my file from the other company involved, which was making it difficult to complete this task. With all of the requests for a cancellation of the application and the debit order Z Fin decides to Debit my account at the end of December, 4 months later with no contact with me at all in that 4 months and their excuse is I asked for the debit order to go off in December. If the company was unable to do anything about my files and proceed with a removal, why would I suggest a debit 4 months into the future? I have requested copies of the recorded calls because I have proof that I requested cancellation 3 times in 2 months. They have not gotten back to me up till now and have placed a block on the reversal of the Debit order so I cannot get my money back.
A huge thank you to the team at Lord Dent in Pinetown. They have been so efficient and kept me updated most of the time about what was being done on my car. I was absolutely ecstatic when I fetched my car on completion. Everything was done exceptionally well, you would not have known I had an accident, plus my car was washed and cleaned, and looked like it was coming out of a showroom. I am so happy with the outcome and would recommend Lord Dent to anybody that wants an excellent job done.
If the Pedros online order app cannot work properly, then I suggest you remove it completely. I ordered my food around 11.00 am to be collected at 12.30pm in my lunch break. I get to the restaurant and my order was not ready since they had no record of my order even though it was paid for online when I ordered it and I received confirmation that the restaurarnt was working on it. I get there at 12.40 my food was not ready and had to be made after 12.50pm . my lunch break is only 30mins i got my food at 1.10pm had to pay parking fees even though it would have been free if the order was ready for collection. I am terribly disappointed and disgusted with this servie
I have been banking with FNB for over 30yrs and I have to say their customer service is by far the worse I have ever come across. Be it general banking, Wesbank or any of their different departments. You will never get assurance immediately. Consultants don't really care about customers notes are not made in the profile so each time you call you have to relate the entire story to somebody near. The secure chat is absolutely useless. The person in the chat won't even wait a minute for a response and will say thank you for chatting yet you have to wait almost 5 mins sometimes for a reply. I am fed up with FNB and am planning to shift to another bank
I have had excellent service and guidance from David at Abies Fabrics . Always willing to help and my parcel has always been delivered on time.
Thank you Wesbank for getting to the bottom of my query and eventually getting the Insurance company to email the documents to me.
An absolute nightmare trying to speak to anybody at Wesbank- emails get an automated response with no real human being helping with your query. The landline is continuously under some upgrade. I am just about fed up trying to get to talk to somebody regarding my issues
