Good day, As I write these words, my heart feels unbearably heavy and my eyes are clouded with tears. I am exhausted, worn down by a battle that feels endless, and I no longer know how to find my way out. I have fought for so long, yet here I am helpless, trapped, and losing hope. When Trevor Jaggard Attorneys first contacted me out of the blue regarding my Nedbank credit card, I could never have imagined how deeply this situation would wound me. From the very first call, the consultant I dealt with spoke to me with such coldness, such rudeness, that I was made to feel like a ******** someone who had broken the law, instead of a person struggling through hardship. This credit card was taken out eight years ago. Since then, I have endured losing my job and, when I finally found work again, earning far less than I did before. I know Nedbank placed a judgment against me in 2022, and since October 2024 I have paid a total of R8,180.00 towards this debt. Every cent has been a sacrifice. Yet despite all I’ve paid, the attorneys refuse to acknowledge my efforts. I feel like I am throwing money into a bottomless pit, knowing I will never see the end of this. I cannot move forward. I cannot breathe freely. The debt review flag remains chained to my name because I cannot obtain the final paid-up letter I so desperately need. I have reached out to Nedbank directly, but they have washed their hands of me, telling me to speak to the attorneys who have already shown me no mercy. I am begging truly begging for help. This debt is old, my resources are gone, and my spirit is breaking. I don’t know how much longer I can keep fighting this battle alone. Please… I need someone to help me.
I use Uber every single week as i need to get to and from work but each time my Trip Ends i am being charged extra amounts for No Reason and it keep going on for a while now and i have try to contact Uber but no luck I understand there are times when there traffic etc but i am being charged extra for no reason at all I feel its very unfair and Uber does nothing about it when it gets Reported
