I cancelled my subscription in January and received a confirmation email at that time. To my surprise, I was debited again on 23 August without any prior notice. This is unacceptable. Please cancel this subscription immediately and process a full refund for the unauthorised debit. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of direct support channels and the absence of timely responses to emails. Kindly confirm cancellation and refund without delay.
