“I bought a VW TSi 2021 Comfortline as a demo in 2021. Initially, it gave me a problem with the horn. I sent it in for repair, and they told me it was still under warranty and fixed it. Then, the boot could not open, so I sent it in again, and they fixed it under warranty. Apparently, VW does occasionally has that problem For the third issue, I sent the car for service and was told everything was good. However, I started to notice that the front wheel was a bit worn off and didn't look like the other three tires. The brand of the worn-out tire was different, and I had never replaced a tire on this car. Unfortunately, while I was out of town, my wife had a flat tire on the same worn-out tire. The insurance advised her that the brakes were too old for the car considering the mileage. I visited VW Bethlehem to complain about the tire and brakes, and they said I'm a bad driver, which is why my tire and brakes are like that. I was thinking that I had just brought this car for service not too long ago, and their report didn't mention anything about the brakes or tires. Now they refuse to take responsibility, blaming me. I lodged a complaint with VW SA, but it's been two weeks, and I haven't received a response. The service has been terrible. To make matters worse, I have recently heard more horrifying stories about VW Bethlehem, including missing or replaced parts. I can't help but ask myself if I had known this, I would have never bought or serviced a car there. It's an absolute horror
