I bought a tank and a pump in October 2025 at Rototank Boksburg and unfortunately I had to return it. I have been waiting for my refund to date 23 December 2025. They do not care or give any update on the status. I must call them all the time and every time they tell about head office still processing it. There is zero customer care and urgency. I am really disappointed in their services
I was booking for accommodation on the morning of the 18th of March 2023 at Umhlanga Ridge. There was an available accommodation. I did an online transaction there was no confirmation but my money was gone. Then an email came informing me that the booking was not successful and they will refund my money within 7 days. Till today (11/05/2023) I have not received my money back and their customer service portal takes you round in circles there is no number that you can call to follow up. The existing numbers all do not connect. I am really frustrated and annoyed. I want to take it up with my lawyers but where do you deliver or email the lawyers correspondence. So I have lost my R1000 just like that. PLEASE DO NOT USE BOOKING.COM FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS.
