Ginormous disappointment
What a disappointment. The advertising sounded wonderful with the option to either have my new mattress delivered or I can collect from the closest outlet. Payment was without a glitch and then I phoned the branch to make arrangements to collect the mattress. They "forgot" to notify me that they have none in stock and it will take 10 working days for stock to arrive. No alternatives and no other options. I expected so much more.

Manicaa.com is a ****
I placed an order in December 2022 that never arrived. I tried contacting them and the telephone number on their website just rings. I reverted to email requesting a refund and I follow up weekly - and every week it is the same response - the refund will be in my account within 2 weeks. It is the 19th week of 2023 and still nothing. There is no-one to escalate my query to either - Manicaa is a ****.
