SOLAR SQUARED FAILED REFUND MY FULL DEPOSIT

I had the misfortune of dealing with Solar Squared. I believe in giving small business owner's a chance, but have unfortunately lost money as a result. I appointed the company to install a solar solution in my home and paid a hefty deposit in order for installation to take place. After many delays and excuses from Matt Rolston, the Director, the installation did not go ahead as arranged. I was immediately concerned and requested a refund of my deposit. Solar Squared confirmed their indebtedness and made several undertakings to re pay the full amount to me. Solar Squared has to date only repaid a portion of my deposit, but has failed to refund the balance. Matt Rolston has simply switched off his phone, does not take my calls or respond to messages. I have had no choice but to engage the services of an attorney to claim the balance of my refund. I sympathize with the other commenters and would warn anybody against appointing Solar Squared , I definitely would not recommend them.
