Product purchased 26/04/25,since then we have had multiple issues with the water. Water was not spraying out consistently & was foaming. We changed the soap(to the Verimark brand) as well and continued to have issues with the water. The 1st time we sent it in, they fixed the water but it could no longer be controlled by the trigger, it was a constant flow, it also came back with a faulty cord that switched the machine off when moved around. We sent it in twice thereafter and both times they claimed it was "fixed". When we tested it out at Makro, the problem was still there. We were without a machine for about 2 months, in total the machine was probably there(Makro or repairs) for about 3 or 4 months. When we went in today to collect the "fixed" machine(which didn't even switch on initially this time) they denied a refund or even replacing with a new one. They claimed that they could only refund or replace if it's been within 6 months. The only options for us were to take THE FLOOR MODEL or send it in again. Ridiculous. Please DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I left a review last week & finally received a response. I was sent a new router which was supposed to help with better connectivity. It enabled slightly better streaming but I also experienced speeds below 5mbps. I sent an email to escalations & support on the 19th & still have not received a response from either. On the 22nd I received a 3rd router for no reason, the same router I had before they sent me a "new" one. I give up with home-connect at this point.
I have been with them for about 2 years and recently the service has been terrible. The network randomly disconnects and I keep having to restart the router which is extremely annoying. Then trying to get assistance is useless because they take weeks to get back to you. I have been trying to get assistance with this issue for over a month now. I've called in multiple time, I've sent emails and I've even contacted them via the WhatsApp but no help at all. Definitely would not recommend them at all.
