Okay
They paid out my car claim, but the claims process was messy. I had to follow-up for the rebates / savings that were promised to me - they seemed happy to forget about them. I think they're a decent company, it's just the claims process and their repair partners who need work

Had very poor experience with this managing agent. I found them to be very poor at financial planning. They also were very opaque with fees and receipts. I would strongly recommend not to work with them
