Previously, I utilized AirMobile’s service before opting for the eSIM option on my mobile device, and I must express my profound satisfaction with the latter. However, I am deeply disappointed with the physical SIM option. Afrihost advertises a 3-hour delivery service that can be purchased at an additional cost. I opted for this service due to my urgency and inability to visit a physical store. Regrettably, the delivery failed to meet the promised timeframe. After four hours, I contacted customer support, who informed me that the delivery would not be completed until later in the day. This was particularly inconvenient, as I had to leave the premises and had paid for the 3-hour option, which was contingent upon my limited time availability. I strongly believe that AirMobile should cease its misleading advertising practices and refrain from deceiving customers by charging them for services that cannot be delivered within the advertised timeframe.
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Liberty regarding my father's funeral plan. Despite notifying them of his passing immediately and providing all the necessary paperwork the next day, they have failed to process the claim within the promised time frame of 2 business days. This delay has caused unnecessary stress and financial strain as I had to pay for the funeral expenses out of my own pocket. Despite numerous calls and promises from their consultants that the payment would be processed, I have received no updates on the status of my claim and it has now been two weeks since my father's passing. I am appalled by the lack of communication and follow-through from Liberty during this difficult time.
