Placed a order at fudgeez with Mr D app received wrong item reported it 3 days later still no response from either side

Refusing to fix mistake
With screen protectors unbreakable glass (according to the sales person). The screens started to lift in a few days after fixing them and Due to screen not fitted properly both phones broke within less than week or two. Went back to shop as soon as we were able to, to report the incident where we were told that they can not assist us after the screen protectors of one of the phones was pulled off and just stuck back on the phone causing extra damage. They just said we have to pay for the repairs again. There was no receipt given to us fixing upon the first time as they don't give "receipts" according to the sales person that helped us.
