Fudgee'z Three Rivers is the worst My order came in a torn packet and wet packet with food upside as in the picture . We called the manager (Lerato - who was very helpful) and she said to send the order back. We gave the order back to the driver and he gave an attitude, saying how do we expect the order to come as he is not driving an aeroplane. Then we called the owner Laurette Wolmarans. Who said we must then not order food to be delivered if we have a ****en problem. I then said she must not swear and she said she is gatvol and 61 years old she does not care. If we are not happy with the delivery we must get it in store. We must not make our problem her problem. And said that now we Will not get any food we will go hungry. I also recorded this conversation as it was really shocking that this is the type of client service from An owner The way in which this person spoke to us is really unacceptable, pathetic and common beyond words. If this is how you Laurette speak. I will be taking this further if nothing gets done. It seems like fudgee'z is renowned for delivering pathetic client service

Smoking allowed on the verandah right in front of the door/entrance. This is the waiting area for orders. This is illegal and disrespectfull of the law and of customers. See the Google website for photograps as proof. They should be fined the R50000 as prescribed by law.

By far the worst place to ever order food. Telephone staff is under educated. Delivery after 1 hour and 5 min and food ICE COLD. Would not recommend to any one every. Absolutely pathetic. Do all a favour and close the place down!!!!!!

<p>I have to be honest, but Fudgee'z is one of the poorest managed Fast Foods in the country.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had five unhappy occasions with them up to date.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. I ordered for delivery only to be told that it's too late as they closed for delivery a few minutes ago. My menu gave the closing hours, but I was told that the menu have changed without notice.</p> <p>2. I ordered again a while later, only to be told again that I was to late - I asked them what the cut-off times were and was told that I needed to order at least 30minutes before closing as the driver needs to get back in time. Understood and accepted.</p> <p>3. I ordered again a few days later, asked for a "Super Chicken Livers" MILD, only to receive a 911 Chicken Livers, it was so hot, my wife almost did not talk to me for three days.</p> <p>4. I ordered again a while later and asked for a "Rockefella with White Toast", only to receive a Rockefella on Vetkoek.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Not in one of these four incedents did I complain - none.</p> <p> </p> <p>5. I phoned again today (16/10/2016) at about 17:55 and could only get through at 18:02 after a busy signal all the time. Only to be told again that I am too late as they only have one driver on a Sunday. I explained to them that I was previously told that I need to order at least 30 minutes before closing, and was greeted by a busy signal for about 8 minutes, only to be told "Sorry meneer"</p> <p> </p> <p>Please get new management, and extra telephone line a more drivers. How can you run a Fast Food business with only one driver???</p>

I called Fudgee'z Vanderbijlpark on yesterday to place an order for our family lunch. Just to be informed that they only do deliveries in the S-areas in Vdbp and not in C-areas anymore. Because apparently they have only one driver... No where on their menu/pamphlet it has been specified! Highly disappointed! You can't advertise a delivery service if you can't supply! And the sad thing of it all, they are a new shop.

And the sad thing of it all, they are a new shop.
