Fudgee'z Three Rivers is the worst My order came in a torn packet and wet packet with food upside as in the picture . We called the manager (Lerato - who was very helpful) and she said to send the order back. We gave the order back to the driver and he gave an attitude, saying how do we expect the order to come as he is not driving an aeroplane. Then we called the owner Laurette Wolmarans. Who said we must then not order food to be delivered if we have a ****en problem. I then said she must not swear and she said she is gatvol and 61 years old she does not care. If we are not happy with the delivery we must get it in store. We must not make our problem her problem. And said that now we Will not get any food we will go hungry. I also recorded this conversation as it was really shocking that this is the type of client service from An owner The way in which this person spoke to us is really unacceptable, pathetic and common beyond words. If this is how you Laurette speak. I will be taking this further if nothing gets done. It seems like fudgee'z is renowned for delivering pathetic client service
My landline ********** 109 has been dead for two months. When the guy from telkom came he said that they need to replace a cable as the one in the box at the pole outside is rotten. Still it hasnt been replaced. For two months now. We have been calling telkom no response only response is the problem has been escalated. So now we had a slow line since we have had wifi, because of the rotten cable. They promised us 4meg line but it so slow, I am convinced they are lying. We cannot even open a whatsapp picture without having to disconnect the internet on our devices because there is always a problem. So telkom you better come to the party and fix the problem now. I think if you had competition you would pull up ur socks
I settled an account with with Old Mutual last year October 2015.They offered me a discounted amount and when this account was settled they sent me a settlement letter stating that my account was paid off and that this account is now settled in October 2015.Then some insurance I had paid out money to my creditors in December 2015 and Old Mutual was paid as they still appeared on my list of creditors.I contacted them for this money to be refunded to me.They then refunded only half of they money and said that they are keeping the rest of the money as this was the discounted amount they offered me. And because the insurance paid out this money therefore they are keeping the discounted amount that they offered me. I complained about this and contacted them every week as they should refund all the money the insurance paid into their account to me as I have settled that account.So the insurance paid them out on an account that was already settled so the money is mine.So they have no right to decide to keep the discounted amount offered as I have a proof of this.After several phone calls and emails they replied 9 March 2016 stating that they are keeping the discounted amount.
