Sunbird Cottage Graaf Reinet a true gem
Stayed in the lovely Sunbird Cottage in Graaff Reinet with all amenities. The host is super professional and we had all information prior to departure. Lovely place with peace and quiet and amazing stars just outside the town. If you're looking for convenience, charm and respite from the city husstle and busstle, Sunbird Cottage is an excellent choice!

Shanel of Anna Basson is a fantastic rental agent.
Shanel was wonderful when we were looking for a flat to rent for our daughter. She has a caring attitude and went the extra mile to help us. She always responded promtply and even sent me a message after 7pm one Friday night. She is a jewel!

Good service, brilliant vehicle, slow collection.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The vehicle was lovely, brand new and sparkly clean. The collection of the vehicle left us waiting in the parking lot for quite some time. I suggest you change your process to hand me the key in the office and give me a parking lot number as other rental agencies do so that I do not have to wait for someone to bring the vehicle to me. This is the only improvement I would recommend. The return was quick and easy.
