Poor Communication
This will a 0 rating for Damelin Correspondence College. Their service and turnaround times are extremely hopeless. I have been communicating with no joy regarding my results. How long does students have to wait when all assignments and examination have been completed as well has all fees up to date. This is an educational institution that provides the worst service to their students.

Poor service
A company that believes in building partnerships with their clients and claims "they are not another service providering company" differently has proven this statement wrong. As the current service provider we have endless issues from the control department, technical support and dispatch to the vehicles responding to the alerts. There is no service delivery, nor customer service that's providing to the existing customers. Yet we pay for the services that are rendered by this provider with no joy. Hoping to get a better service with another company. My biggest mistake was changing over with fasle hopes.
