REFUND MY MONEY

Fully paid for a trip to turkey that was supposed to be in June. Imagine my horror when I learnt through social media that the company was apparently getting liquidated! I have since been trying to reach The Travel Plug by phone (landline and cell) as well as via email but it seems all comms channels have been deactivated. No direct communication whatsoever received from them or their representatives and to date I still don’t know how to get my refund. To say I am disappointed and heartbroken to be literally ****med of my hard earned cash would be an understatement!!! If I could rate them a 0 I would.
