Poor customer service and connection
I'm currently having the worst experience. No one is there is assist regarding their poor connection. I pay monthly but it's pointless!! I'm taking my R350 to nowhere bcz there's no service. When u whatsapp it's their stupid message asking you to review, what's the point of having whatsapp bt can't assist your customers? I pay Full amount but end up buying data to use on my phone. I'm beyond ****ed off, u switch off the main plug but nothing..

Bad hair
Bought hair and figured it was mixed, she mixed good Grade with bad hair Grade. I'm honestly disappointed and never ever will I waste my penny buying from her. How do you mix good hair with bad hair!? I honestly regret buying that wig my money gone for nothing, I'm now forced to go buy atleast two bundles and ask someone to redo my wig because you can tell even the color on the hair it's different!!!
