Milk and honey, Montecasino
The service is absolutely terrible, we were a group of 10 and they gave us a table for 5. My friends then decide to sit on the table behind us cause we could not fit, mind you they did not try to accommodate us at all. This woman by the name of Cynthia had to nerve to tell me that we cannot sit there and 5 had to stand, mind you that the place is absolutely empty. The drinks took half an hour to get here and they hardly had what we wanted(China fruit, appletizer). I traveled so far to experience this type of treatment. Absolutely disgusted and that lady Cynthia had so much of attitude and she was so rude (constantly on her phone taking pictures of herself). I will never be coming here again and I don’t recommend anyone does as well

Nandos Gold Reef City
I have come Nandos Gold Reef City and I was extremely disappointed. The service is absolutely pathetic! The stuff doesn’t want to give what we are paying for firstly, terrible attitude, they have absolutely no respect, we have bought quarter chickens and they were so redundant to give us our preference, I mean we are paying for it in the end of the day! Don’t ever recommend it. The manger Naveen was not very helpful worst service, matron Vuyo, I am disgusted

Wrong Medication was given, which ends up being the customer’s fault
A few weeks back my mum went to Tathiti purchasing medication, she was given the wrong meds by a pharmacist, keep in mind my mum doesn’t have means of transport to go back and forth to the pharmacy. I went today to inform them about the mishap that occurred, the stuff was not bothered,I was told I need to go back and look for the till slip, when do people ever keep the slip after getting what they need? However I am looking for it. Anyway I was told even if I find the slip they cannot change it although it was a mistake on their side. My question is what if a pensioner gets their monthly meds and this happens? How do you expect them to pay again just because someone did not do their job correctly? I went to change it for the right medication and was told I cannot. So next time you plan on going to Tahiti Pharmacy in Lenasia, just know you might not get the meds you paying for and also you can’t change it, they would charge you again because of their mistake.

Discovery, it’s a NO from me!
The worst possible service I have ever received was from Discovery Health regarding my medical aid. I was coughing out blood and needed urgent attention. The doctors at Lenmed seen to me with care and needed to admit me but Discovery Health had other plans. They found every possible reason not to grant me admission to get admitted and I have tried for almost 2 days keep in mind I am the patient as well doing all the running around. I have phoned discovery 15 times each day and they cut the call countless times and no one there knows how to do their job. Pathetic service and don’t recommend because they want you to pay for medical aid but find every excuse not to help!
