I went to Capitec to dispute a debit order of R2500.00 that went of my account from max law. The agent told me she cannot help me i must just change my banking details.I even called the call centre and they told me the Agent can suspend the debit order.Why must i change everything just because an agent wont help me is that what we are paying banking fees for????
pathetic absolutely pathetic been phoning for 5 days in a row being placed in first palce for nearly 2 hours every time still no consultant.just keep up this pathetic call centre and lose all your potential students.
on the 8th of june i made a online order at this kfc in ladysmith kzn san marco centre. on the 11th of june a duplicate amount was taken from my account which i didnt order.i have lodged a complaint and i handed in proof with a bank statement to show that the amount was deducted without an order or my permission. i was promised last week that they will refund me the amount up to date and time i am still waiting......when i asked the area manageress for voucher in good faith for all this unnecessary drama she did not even bother replying. fed up of people taking what doesnt belong to them....
i have phoned +- 50 times to request my refund over the last 3 months.i have emailed all the documents 10 times. i have spoken to call centre agents over and over again. i get placed on hold for +20min everytime or the team leader is busy or they will email me the proof of payment which was apparently made on the 4th of may. up till date no proof no payment. one day its refunded the next day they know nothing.this service is absolutely pathetic. the they are quick to take your money but not willing to refund the overdue credit!!!!!!
