Online purchase unfulfilled and not fully refunded

Please note that paid for purchases are not fulfilled. I purchased a pair of shoes for Eid-ul Fitr and completed payment on 27 March 2023. I followed up and Patrick told me it will be delivered. The deadline for when I needed the shoes has passed I have not received a full refund or shoes. The rating should be Zero. To date the numbers 0101095523 no longer works last called 19/05/2023. I am a very out of pocket disappointed online shopper.
