Burgerack East Gate poor service and bad food

I would like to share my disappointment and dissatisfaction on the food and service that my partner and I experienced at this branch. Not only did we wait an hour to receive our food but the food was burnt, the burger patties were hard, the ribs were also hard and lacked flavor and the fries and onion rings were burnt and tasted as if they were prepared in old oil. We spent a lot of money expecting quality food but to our surprise it was horrible. We have been burgerrack regulars for the past 3 years frequenting at the atlas branch and we cannot fault anything but East gate Mall has really disappointed us
