Kevin Kent can definitely not be faulted on his level of customer service prior to receiving your proof of payment. He was checking in after hours and over weekends to keep me posted about my payment that was not received on his side. He could conveniently supply alternative bank account details over the weekends. However, the minute our payment reflected in his account, he became unresponsive. Kevin Kent from Eazy Ads is a ****mer and ******. Do not pay him a cent. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I was ready to cancel my car insurance with Discovery until I had the good fortune of dealing with Justin Dowie on Saturday. Justin was exceptional!!! He was friendly and professional and resolved my issue on our first call. If there could only be more people of Justin's caliber around. Thanks so much for your empathy and understanding Justin.
