Dishonest traders
Sunrose Online T/A Blue Star should not be trusted. We purchased 3 large air conditioners from them on 2 March 2023 and paid upfront including instillation. 2 of the units were installed and and the third one they were coming back to install. 3 months later we still have not had the aircon installed and one of the 2 that were installed is not working . We have been trying to resolve this Zaheer who claims to be the owner but he has now blocked us and when our lawyer contacted him he was abusive to the lawyer and put the phone down. Not sure how people think they can conduct business like this and build a brand. I urge everyone to be very cautious when dealing with them.

Extremely disappointing and dishonest !
Unfortunately SM Structures in my case and many others I have subsequently found do not deliver as per the quotation and agreement and worst still don’t honour their workmanship. I tried to get them to sort out a modular home they build for me for two and a half years before going the legal route which they dragged out for a further close on two years when i together with other aggrieved customers put our case to “The Devi Show”.
