<div>I ordered and paid R11,990 for an Portable Power Station online in April. Product was not delivered as per their schedule and I was given new delivery date for May. This date came and passed and they made more excuses and gave me a new delivery date for few weeks later in June. This was unacceptable and they then gave me the option to cancel the order and get a refund. I did that, and then they referred to their Terms & Conditions for for a 10-14 working days refund period. This day came and passed and they then said that amounts over R10k takes up to 30 working days. I waited this period out and then received a letter saying they have management & other problems, but that the refund will be paid by end of August. Needles to say, it has not been paid into my account and they are now ignoring emails. Their phone numbers also does not work anymore. </div>
I placed an order for a mobile security device from Cable5 to test for a client, but have not received delivery, nor any feedback on my emailed enquiries. Phone number does not work, emails go unanswered & social media sites all refer back to email address. Have waited over a month already with no replies.
