I am very angry at this point capitec bank customer service is poor right now I can’t get money back cause sanral can’t give letter for refund sad part is that sanral never received a cent from Capitec the money is pending,I am told that I will never get my money back ,why should I trust a bank with money
I signed a contract with blue label connect on February fourteenth the very same day that I got my device it was malfunctioning properly I called to report it till today April 3 still waiting for them to exchange or fix the phone . Please help I am Mpho Ngwashing
I have 7 days using Mweb my payroll is the 25th but already the want to debit on my account now is not yet the 25th,again the technically support takes an hour and more to attend your call.i am unhappy with their service

I am unhappy till today I ordered a iPhone power bank since from the 2 May 2023 till today I haven’t received my power book that I have paid for ,tried calling and sending emails to snatcher team no response till today ,I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
