Shy don't you give me your name and contact details so I can get management or the senior directors to contact you in this matter as I know with personal experience they will sort it out ASAP. You could also have contacted the offices as Hi Care's contact details is on Google. So why did you not take it further and contact management why go make such a amazing company's name bad on this platform of you didn't even bother to make a effort to sort it out yourself?
