Really Poor Service and Empty Promises

Service is really poor after 6 weeks of constantly having to ask for feedback. They rather refunded my money. Wasted 6 weeks of my time after paying in full immediately. Poor Poor Service. Please think twice before using these guys Some detail as my Google review never had all the facts: 8th March I asked for a quote Followed up on 13th April Quote Arrived 17th Apri Paid immediately Followed up on week 3 Then week 4 11th May you sent a message guaranteed install next week. That did not happenOn Tuesday 23rd May I followed up again. Then you asked what roof I had.Telling me you have never ordered anything. 25th May you told me you coming today which you never did. After I told you your service was poor. You wanted to refund me. Again shows me you had no intention to install this week and probably next week
