She resolved my issue swiftly and with genuine care—something I had not received previously. Her service truly restored my confidence in the brand. Carol, thank you for your outstanding support.
I settled my account on April 11th, 2025, with a final balance of R500. Despite this, a DebiCheck debit order of R1960 went off my account on April 30th. I immediately contacted the branch, and Mpho, who previously handled my account, said the payment wasn’t reflecting and I should “wait.” When I followed up, she told me to reverse the debit—impossible with DebiCheck—and showed no urgency or accountability. She promised to assist me on May 2nd but didn’t follow through until I called her again. She casually claimed to have been busy with other clients—yet I’m a customer too. She said the refund would take 3 to 5 days, but it's been 8 days and I’m still getting the runaround. I am beyond frustrated. Beares, your service is unacceptable. I want my refund immediately!
Believe me when I say Samuel Moonsamy is the biggest **** on God's green earth. We've all heard about loan ****mers but this man takes the cup. He will do so much research on you and your financial profile you'll believe anything he says and fall for his lies. He's so good, he create this illusion that he wants to help you. He'll call you and explain to you that he has a solution for you but you'll have to pay a fee UPFRONT. he'll send you his ID, an affidavit confirming that the loan will be paid out to you just so he seems genuine. HE IS NOT!! DO NOT BELIEVE HIM. He will take your money, stop responding to your emails and keep telling you that it will be paid out. -- Wolf in a sheep skin I tell you. PLEASE STAY AWAY !!!
